Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive an incorrect file, or have any concern with your order, contact us at julieta@glam2greatness.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, including replacement or correction of your files.
